Board Charter. The purpose of this charter is to amplify certain aspects of the Board’s duties and responsibilities. The charter does not provide a list of such duties or responsibilities nor does it replace any applicable requirement or prescription in the Companies Act, the LuSE Listings Requirements, the Memorandum and Articles of Association or other applicable Zambian law.
