Dividend Announcement – 23 April. In compliance with the requirements of the Securities Act No.41 of 2016 and the Lusaka Securities Exchange Listing Requirements, the Dividend shall be payable to the Shareholders registered in the Shareholders’ register of the Company at the close of business on Friday, 7th April 2017 being the record date.

Dividend Announcement – 13 April. At the Annual General Meeting of Metal Fabricators of Zambia (ZAMEFA) held on Wednesday 30th March 2016 at 10:00 hours at Radisson Blu Hotel, Lusaka, Zambia, a Final Dividend of K0.14 per share for the period ended 30 December 2015 was approved by the shareholders.

Notice of Final Dividend. Further to the Dividend Declaration Notice dated 26 March 2015, the Final Dividend of K0.14 per share for the period ended 31 December 2014 was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Metal Fabricators of Zambia Plc held on 27 March 2015.
