Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of Metal Fabricators of Zambia PLC in respect of the year ended 30 September 2020 will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Lusaka, Zambia on 11 December 2020 at 09:30 hours.

In accordance with the Lusaka Securities Exchange (“LuSE”) Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Zamefa (the “Board”) wishes to advise the Shareholders that for the financial year ended 30th September 2020, the basic loss per share (“LPS’) and head line loss per share (“HLPS”) are both expected to be between 217% to 237% higher than those of the prior year for both the Group and for the Company (collectively the “Group”).
In accordance with the Lusaka Securities Exchange (“LuSE”) Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Metal Fabricators of Zambia Plc (“the Board”) hereby advises the Shareholders of the Company that the Earnings Per Share for the half-year ended 31 March 2020 is expected to be more than 100% lower than that of the corresponding period last year for the Company.

In accordance with the Lusaka Securities Exchange (“LuSE”) listing requirements, the Board of Directors of Zamefa (the “Board”), advise the Shareholders that for the six-month period ended 31st March 2019, the basic earnings per share (“EPS’) and head line earnings per share (“HEPS”) are both expected to be between 190% to 210% higher than those of the corresponding period in the prior year for both the group and for the Company.
